How to Use a Dual Lock Transom Retractable Ratchet Strap?
Step 1: Bolt the ratchet strap to the desired location on your trailer
Step 2: Make sure the handle is in release position
Step 3: Press the button and pull out the strap
Step 4: Attach the hook the the desired anchor point, and move the handle to the lock position
Step 5: Crank the handle to tighten and secure the load
Step 6: To release, move the handle back to the release position, then press the button. The strap will automatically retract.
